What is the role of CoQ10?

CoQ10 plays several major roles within our body which include energy production as well as acting as an anti-oxidant. It serves to limit the ability of bad cho-lesterol (LDL) to cause plaque build up in our arteries.

How do I know if I have enough CoQ10?

Most people get their CoQ10 by making it within their bodies. However, certain medications can cause a drastic depletion of CoQ10 by inhibiting its synthesis.
