This program is currently running in partnership with Chinook Health. All
sessions are held at the Lethbridge Regional Hospital, Thursday evenings, 7:30pm
to 9:00pm. Cost of the program is $125 per person.

Honing the tools needed to deal with the urges and to un-learn a
un-healthy lifestyle. |

Additional expert resources: advice from dietitian
on healthy diet and weight control; focus on stress reduction by a
psychologist |

Staying Quit |
Increasing physical activity, assertive
communication, self-image as a non-smoker. |

Final Assessment and graduation. Moving on to
live the life of a non-smoker. |
