This page represents some of the links that we have discovered that have proven to be useful and interesting.  Many are pharmacy related, but certainly any site that provides health information is of interest to us.  There are good sites specific to a certain disease state such as asthma, diabetes or hypertension.  Other areas are of general interest and still others include information related to alternative or complementary treatments (e.g.., homeopathy, herbals, botanicals, nutritional, etc.). 

We will try to add new links that interest us since the Internet is never static, growing daily.  We will also try to review the sites for content and usefulness. It is our intent to collect an index of valuable sites, which provide quality information. We are always searching for new sites of interest as the expansion of sites on the Internet continues at an exponential rate.  Our challenge has always been to present those sites which offer reliable information only.   If you feel that the sites we are directing you too are not presenting accurate, balanced information, please advise us.  We are not infallible and appreciate your feedback.

	Herbal Medicines Herbal medicines are as old as the healing arts, dating back to the time of the Egyptians, Romans and Greeks.  Since plant based medicines have such a long history it is not surprising that an interest in these medicinals continue today.  In fact, many describe us to be in a "herbal renaissance" as we look for remedies that are possibly more effective than traditional pharmaceuticals, but also somewhat gentler, safer,  more "natural" and possibly better tolerated.   This is a category of medicines that is definitely here to stay.
